Mirai Global's vision is to help Sri Lankan students achieve their dream of going to Japan. We want to be a strong and trusted bridge between Sri Lanka and Japan.
Many students study at our school because they wish to go to Japan for study, Specified Skilled Worker (SSW), or work visas. Our vision is to support them with good Japanese language education and clear guidance.
We believe that learning Japanese is not only about words and grammar. It is also about learning Japanese culture, manners, and work habits. We want our students to become confident, kind, and responsible people who can live and work in Japan.
Mirai Global has offices in both Sri Lanka and Japan. This allows us to support students before and after they go to Japan. We want students and parents to feel safe and secure about the future.

Our Mission
The mission of Mirai Global is to teach Japanese in a simple and easy way. We help students learn daily conversation, basic grammar, and Japanese used at work.
As a Japanese language school and sending organization, we guide students step by step. We support students who want to go to Japan for study, Specified Skilled Worker (SSW), or work visas.
We help with documents, interviews, and pre-departure training. We also teach students about Japanese culture, rules, and working life so they can adjust smoothly in Japan.
Student safety and honesty are very important to us. We work with trusted partners in Japan and follow all rules and laws.

We have two branches registered as separate companies in Sri Lanka and in Japan under the name of Mirai Global. Our mission in Sri Lanka is to guide Sri Lankan skilled workers to leading companies in Japan under the SSW visa system, and additionally to introduce locally educated students to recognized Japanese language schools in Japan.
Our company in Japan inquires about new job opportunities and Japanese Language Schools, while the Sri Lankan office counsels educated students and skilled workers in every form from top to bottom.

Japan is a highly industrialized, economically developed, and fast-moving country with a rich culture and an ancient history. Japan has maintained a friendly relationship with Sri Lanka for an extended period.
Sri Lankan youths have been studying and hard working in Japan for ages. They have now settled permanently in Japan and are living very prosperous lives. Therefore, flying to Japan for higher studies and reaching the zenith of success is a dream of many young people today.
However, Japan is currently facing a shortage of skilled workers. Their companies and factories have specifically mentioned the need for skilled workers who can speak the Japanese language fluently.
